      These aRe so delicious; i was just amazed be of the many many many foods I cannot eat but did once upon a time, many years ago before allergies took control (it seems), pizzelles were one of those that I missed the most. I thought that there was NO way they could ever be made with no dairy, with no gluten, at least not having any taste similar to the pizzelles I had happily eaten many years ago. so they went to the never- again- boo- hoo- I – feel—so -sorry-for – myself file. Then I happened upon BellaLucia on Vitacost, and thought I would give them a try. Expensive, check. All of my foods unfairly expensive because of my allergies, check. So I bought some Vanilla ones. Wanted Lemon as well, but they were out of stock there. They were INCREDIBLE! Next I bought Vanilla and Cinnamon ones. Wonderful again, of course. Still they were out of Lemon.
      Then I found the Lemon ones on your website in “irregulars” for reduced prices. THEY ARE FANTASTIC! I can barely see any irregularities, and certainly they are so amazingly delicious that who cares?! Thank you! These are incredible!
