Corn on the Cob for One
Do you have corn in the cob just sitting in the fridge and don't feel like heating up your kitchen or making a mess with silk all over the place?
Now you can in one step. This recipe was given to me by a farmers wife a few years ago, and unless I cooking for a family or group, this is the only
way to go!
Place one ear of corn in the husk in the microwave
Cook on high for 3 1/2 minutes
The best thing about this is there are no mess and no clean-up.
When cooking the corn I love the ears with the stems! You can use this as a handle and just peel it like a banana. Perfect every time!!
